Our Vineyards

Tenuta San Quirico - Piedmont

Tenuta San Quirico is located in Diano d'Alba a beautiful country village near Alba. The vineyards face southwest and are situated in the heart of the renowned D.O.C.G. Dolcetto area. Locals refer to these vineyards as the natural balcony overlooking the Langhe.

In addition to Dolcetto, San Quirico produces another outstanding wine, the Barbera d'Alba, achieved through the long rooted traditional winemaking process. This is carried out by qualified personnel in tune with the local rural nature of this area.

Cascina La Traversa - Piedmont

Overlooking the valleys of Barolo, lying on La Morra Estate, Cascina La Traversa is the birth place of one of the finest wines in the world: the Barolo.

The vineyards are exposed to the south-east. Only carefully selected Nebbiolo grapes of high quality are used to make what is often referred to as "The King of Wines and the Wine of Kings".
Winemaking process and ageing is given special attention.
The latter is carried out in oak casks from Slavonia.

Fattoria Le Bocce - Tuscany

We are located in Alto Chianti in Panzano, the last Florentine land of the province of Siena. Here you can find a typical Chiantigiana villa, that was once a convent and has now been restored and transformed into a modern wine cellar that possesses an old world charm. The property covers 70 hectares, of which 30 are specifically for wine and 20 for the cultivation of olives and vines. The vineyard faces southwest ensuring plentiful natural sunlight throughout the day and sits at an elevation of 450 meters. All of the winemaking, preservation, ageing and packaging of the products takes place on the property of the Fattoria. The facility is equipped with modern machinery and storage vessels that guarantee maximum protection against harm and damage to the grapes. On average, a typical harvest produces approximately  200 tons of grapes.

Le Bocce Fattoria is situated in the historical town of Greve, within the municipality of Panzano, where ideal conditions for wine production can be found; The Podere Della Sala vineyards, an area within the Le Bocce Estate, faces southeast, favoring morning sunlight. The terrain consists of shale and clay hills on which you can find galestros and trees, positioned to allow the sunlight to reach the vines.

Fattoria di Albereto - Tuscany

The Albereto vineyard is located in Subbiano, within the province of Arezzo, on the right bank of the river Arno, in the heart of Casentino on the way to Bibbiena.

The property extends over an area of 46 hectares, of which 20 hectares are covered by the vineyards and 2 hectares by an olive grove.
The land includes the production complex, where the wine making process takes place alongside the stocking and preservation of the wine.
The ´LA GINESTRA´ label originates from these vineyards as well as the prestigious wine "Sassaia di Albereto Terre di San Francesco" and the new born "Novembre" (late harvest) and "Passo Albereto".
The ageing takes place in the typical barrique casks in a separate dedicated room inside the winery.

Masseria La Rosa del Salice - Puglia

Masseria La Rosa Del Salice is the latest addition to the love of wine-making tradition of the Farina family. Located in the heart of Salento, in Salice Salentino, within the province of Lecce, the manor dates back to the 18th century and is set inside a property of 22 hectares, of which 20 hectares are dedicated to vineyards.

The terrain is very rocky, and vine planting is unique to this area. Such rocks, duly crushed, are then mixed with the earthy soil along with natural additives, leaving a perfect soil for vines.
This location is special in that it lies on the strip of land which links the Adriatic and Ionic Seas, allowing it to benefit from both the two microclimates.
The prestigious Stefano Farina label wines are born from this unique climate, including the Primitivo del Salento, the Salice Salentino, the Bianco, Rosso and Rosato Della Rosa Del Salice ,all which bear the Rosa Del Salice logo.
