“Brume” means “mist” in Italian, and here it suggests the mists that cloak these vines on the coolest days: those in the final stages of the harvest period, when we gather nebbiolo and barbera at their peak ripeness. Aging in barrique and subsequent evolution in the bottle confer great softness, fruitiness and pleasantness to this Langhe Rosso.
